FOUNDER-LED BY DESIGN
Founder & Acquisition Advisor
I help private investors and business owners navigate the acquisition of commercial real estate in the United States, combining financial expertise with hands-on transaction management.
With more than a decade of financial leadership experience, I bring a practical understanding of financial statements, transaction economics, lender requirements and the financial information needed to evaluate and execute an acquisition.
My role goes beyond financial analysis. I personally coordinate the moving parts of the transaction — working with lenders, attorneys, title companies, inspectors, insurance professionals, sellers and other transaction parties to keep the acquisition organized and moving toward closing.
Founder-led by design. Every engagement is personally managed by me. Clients have one direct point of contact responsible for keeping the transaction organized, communicating across workstreams and making sure important details do not fall through the cracks.
MY BACKGROUND
A Financial Background Built Around Real-World Transactions
My career has been built around financial leadership, reporting and the practical management of businesses. As a financial leader, I have worked with financial statements, lenders, banking relationships and the financial information businesses need to operate and make important decisions.
That experience translates naturally into acquisition work: understanding the numbers, identifying missing information, preparing financial materials, communicating with financing sources and keeping the financial side of a transaction organized.
OUR PURPOSE
Why This Practice Exists
A good opportunity should not become a bad transaction simply because the process is complicated.
Acquisitions often involve many different professionals, documents, deadlines and counterparties. Even a straightforward transaction can become difficult when nobody is responsible for coordinating the entire process.
I built this practice to provide investors with that missing point of coordination.
“You focus on the opportunity. I focus on keeping the transaction moving.”
